Financial Policy

Our practice will assist you and file for your insurance benefits. Our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits. We will fill out and submit the information for you and the insurance company will send their payment directly to you. You will make payments to us at the time of service and the insurance company will send their payment directly to you usually within 2-3 weeks. Financial Assistance:

Our fees are based on our experience, the quality of the materials and laboratories, and our limited number of patients in performing your treatment. We know you don't like the doctor to be rushed and/or keep you waiting a long time for your appointment!

Our goal is not to let expense prevent you from the quality of care you desire and need. To facilitate this goal we have developed the following financial options:

A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $500 are paid in full by cash or check on the day treatment is rendered.

A 10% accounting adjustment is allowed when the cost of the entire treatment plan exceeds $1000 and is paid in total before or at the beginning of treatment.

A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when the cost of the entire treatment plan exceeds $1000 and is paid in total before or at the beginning of treatment with a credit card.

Major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard are all accepted in our office.

We also offer financing through CareCredit.

Extended payment plans for as little as $50 a month for up to two years are available based on applicant's credit approval.
